Booking Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all our walk bookings.

Booking cancellations made 24 hours prior to the commencement of the walk, will receive a full refund, less an administration fee of AUD$6.00. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the walk will forfeit the cost. Refunds cannot be issued to those failing to arrive at the meeting place in time for the tour’s departure.

In extreme weather conditions Melbourne’z Sportz Walkz may be forced to cancel a booked tour. In these circumstances all prior payments will be fully refunded, or, the customer could be transferred to another day.


Can we just turn up on the day? 

Yes, but, we would ask that you call at least half an hour before departure and pay cash on the day. A hand-written receipt will be issued to you that day.

Melbourne’z Sportz Walkz in its responsibility to you, our customers, is covered by public liability insurance. We manage this responsibility with the utmost care and have designed our walk to ensure that we use ramps, lifts, pathways & footpaths only. Melbourne’z Sportz Walkz cannot assume responsibility for any loss or damage encountered by participants on our walk. Please inform your guide of any pre-existing conditions which may affect your enjoyment of the walk.
